Three Delicious, Devour-Worthy Healthy Snacks

Health is so important, guys and gals. But let’s be honest–sometimes, it can be difficult to find healthy snacks that you actually enjoy eating on a regular basis. In a world where we see television commercials full of chips, candy, and cookies, it can be even more difficult to get and stay on track with eating healthy snacks consistently.


No matter what your health goals are, nutrition is the most important factor. The food that we eat fuels our bodies and gives us the energy and nutrition that we need to complete our day-to-day tasks. Snacking, however, is one of the primary ways that people tend to get off-track with their eating–myself included! So, in this blog, I am going to list three of my favorite healthy and delicious snacks that you should definitely try!


1. Dates and peanut butter or almond butter.

This is probably my favorite because it is really sweet, and if you know me, you know that I absolutely LOVE sweets! All you have to do is get some pitted dates, split it open, and spoon some peanut or almond butter in the middle. Oh yeah– a little tip: it’s even better when you add a few nuts on top! :)


2. Peanut Butter Energy Balls.

These are super popular, and people have their own variation of this recipe, which I think is great! I personally love to keep mine super simple. I use:

  • Oats

  • Peanut butter or almond butter

  • Hemp, Chia, and Flaxseeds

  • Dark Chocolate Chips

  • Honey


3. Pineapples.

I think we can all agree that pineapples reign as one of the most supreme fruits in the world. Grab one at your local market / supermarket, cut it up, and eat for a healthy, sweet, and nutritious snack! Pro-tip: let it get cold for a while. It’s even better when chilled!
